Exchange & Return Period

Customers may request an exchange or return within 7 days from the date the order is received.

Exchange & Return Conditions

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories.
• The purchase invoice or order number must be provided.

Items Not Eligible for Return

• Products that have been used or damaged due to misuse.
• Products made or prepared according to customer specifications, if applicable.
• Products that have been installed or modified after delivery.

Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for shipping costs when the return is requested without a product defect or order error.

Masdar Al Bina will cover the shipping costs if there is an order error or a manufacturing defect.

Return Process

2. Provide the order number and reason for the return.
3. The request will be reviewed and the customer will be informed of the result during business days.

Refunds

If the return request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after the product has been received and inspected.
